Requirement list:
- Notebook, pen and apron
- Tea towel and wet cloth
- Non-serrated knife or small metal spatula (available for purchase at Kadies)
- Small pair of scissors
- Icing nozzles: star no. 35, no. 10, PME leaf nozzle, , kitchen craft 9mm open star, no. 2
- 2 attachments (available for purchase at Kadies)
- 5 medium disposable icing bags (available for purchase at Kadies)
- quilting tool Optional (can loan one from Kadies on the day)
- cutting tool optional (can loan one from Kadies on the day)
- 7cm round cutter (can loan one from Kadies on the day)

Butter icing recipe 500g white margarine 1kg icing sugar 2tsp clear vanilla Soften butter that has been left at room temp Slowly add vanilla and icing sugar Mix till all well blended | Cupcake designs: - Fondant covered with candy canes
