spatula or non-serrated dinner/bread knife

Royal icing

coloring

6 paper piping bags

Recipes

Royal icing:

10g Acti-white

 250g icing sugar

50g Water

Mix together and beat with a K-beater for 4 min till nice and white

water down till icing heals in 8 seconds

icing now ready to color
