This class is what it states, Advanced, you need to have experience with use of a piping bag and mostly the petal nozzle.
if you have no experience then i suggest that you come on our butter icing class in January first, see how you manage the petal nozzle (ateco no 102,3 or 4, before considering booking for this class, Heidi will asses whether you are ready to do this class or not.
