Pastarom flavors are of very high quality, the consistency is quite thick and the flavors is very authentic. Suitable to use in most applications, baking, boiling, and cold. Just not in melted Chocolate as it is water based and will seize your chocolate, but you are able to use it when making chocolate ganash as long as you add it only once cream has been added to the chocolate
